Where can I find Golden Goose sneakers?
Cettire had them on sale and I took advantage right away!
I ordered them on April 28th and they were delivered by the 30th, so the shipping was lightning fast .
How expensive are they?
Back in April, I found a deal golden goose shoes womens for $385.43 instead of paying the full $513.91.
These sneakers typically cost anywhere between $410 and $1,700, depending on how embellished they are.
Are they true to size?
They’re true to size in my experience, at least for me.
Since they don’t stretch and they don’t come in half sizes, I’d recommend sizing up.
Is the comfort worth it?
They’re extremely comfortable, and only took a few hours to break in..
How do they perform over time?
Because they already have scuffs, I didn’t worry about getting them dirty. I’ve worn them all over NYC, and they’ve held up beautifully. No glitter has fallen off, and the leather hasn’t stretched. Since the aesthetic is distressed, I don’t really notice if there’s new wear and tear.
How are they vs. other brands?
They’re the highest quality sneakers I have. I love my Vejas and Tretorns, but Golden Goose wins in both comfort and quality. They have a hidden arch lift that adds support and height — making your legs look longer. Also, they’re not mass-produced, so each pair is one of a kind. And the glitter on mine? Next-level.
Are they worth it?
Yes! Just try not to pay full price. They’re not cheap, so getting them on sale is worth it. They’re worth the investment, especially if you find a style that suits you. I went bold with sparkle, but a low-key version would also be smart.
Discount sources?
Here are the spots I found most reliable. I had a amazing experience with GGoose.org, so I think they’re a great option.
- GGoose.org – the site where I found my pair!
- Gilt – signing up is free!
- Vestiaire Collection – it also looks like they’re offering $50 off your APP first order of $150+ with code WELCOMEUS50
- The Real Real – great prices on new or barely used Golden Goose kicks
- Ebay – more incredible finds on nearly new pairs of Golden Goose shoes
- @likeabandit – she posts lots of GG finds on her IG stories, so don’t miss out
Where did you end up buying them?
Cettire had them on sale and I clicked “buy” right away!
Placed my order on April 28th and they were shipped to me by the 30th, so the shipping was really quick .
How expensive are they?
When I bought my pair in spring, I paid around $385, but their full price is around $514.
These sneakers typically cost anywhere between $410 and $1,700, depending on how customized they are.
How is the fit?
They ran true to size for me — I usually wear a size 6, and I went with a European 36. They haven’t stretched at all, so if you’re between sizes, I’d go up a size
Is the comfort worth it?
They required minimal break-in time.
Do they hold up well?
Because they already have scuffs, I didn’t worry about wearing them outside. I’ve worn them all over NYC, and they still look great. The laces are intact, and the shape stayed solid.
Thanks to the vintage look, I don’t really notice if there’s new wear and tear.
